This is your time to get the most out of your bot build

How do I know this will be ready and working?

Answer: We will revise the bot to help ensure it's ready. This phase helps us connect directly with you on these tasks:

  • We will provide a full testing phone number for you to call

  • You will be provided a way to follow up with us via forms/video to help provide us details

  • After you have reviewed/approved your bot we will schedule a final go live call with us.

📊 Step 6: Go Live

This is the final phase, but it's not the end. it's the beginning of a new phase in your business.

What do you mean "go live"?

Answer: This is when we take things live and make it available to your customers. What to expect:

  • We will review your bot to see if its ready to go live

  • We will actively monitor for any issues/concerns with our highest level 3 technicians to ensure a smooth launch.

  • You should have received an email with the subject line "Your New AI System", prompting you to finish creating your account.

  • Sometimes our account creation or login email ends up in spam or promotions.

step 2 - Secure A2P Approval

  • Once your account has been created, our team will submit your business's registration to ensure your AI Agent can deliver texts to all major carriers.

  • If our team needs any additional information from your team to secure this approval, we will reach out directly.

  • As long as we have everything we need, this approval typically takes just 3-4 business days.

step 3 - Purchase local number

  • Our team will be purchasing a new AI Agent phone number for you, that way we can configure your account without affecting your current set up.

  • This phone number will have a local area code, and will be carefully selected by our team.

step 4 - Update call transfer number

  • Once your AI Agent is ready to deploy with your new phone number, you will need to contact your phone provider to have them swap out your old AI Agent phone number for the new one.

  • This phone number is internal, so it shouldn't affect the way your patients contact you in any way.

  • Once this phone number switch is made, you'll start to see calls added to your dashboard.

  • Once a call has been added, you can view an AI Summary, read through the whole transcript, and even listen to the call in its entirety.
